ELIZABETH LANCE

First, I love what I do.  Secondly, I’m the kind of lawyer who not only answers phone calls, but advocates zealously for my clients.  Prior to opening my own practice I worked in both the private and public sectors.  My work at the Public Defender’s Office provided me with extensive litigation experience where I averaged 25 court appearances per week on behalf of clients.

I frequently field calls from other attorneys in how to handle juvenile justice and family law matters.  I have presented multiple continuing education courses on both juvenile and family law.

I have a reputation for success winning acquittals at trial on behalf of criminal clients and negotiating favorable outcomes for civil and family law clients.

JENNY HALL

My approach to representation has always been to make the legal process as easy as possible for my clients while getting them the best results I can. I work with my clients and for my clients. I have worked exclusively in private practice representing clients in family, criminal, employment, and estate planning matters.

I have successfully settled cases prior to trial when possible and have won cases at trial when necessary. I have appeared on the behalf of clients in all levels of the court system from Municipal Court all the way up to Federal District Court and the Wyoming Supreme Court.

I have worked on numerous committees and teams in efforts to improve the areas of law that I work in, particularly domestic relations and juvenile justice. I am passionate about what I do and the clients I represent.
